Simon founded the Sporting Wine Club and has a deep network of relationships in sport and travel. Jennifer Moran is a wine expert and founder of ALLY Wines a wholesale and retail supplier of small production American wines. Simon and Jennifer have known each other for over 30 years and both enjoy travel, sport, food and wine.
Rachel Halliday is a certified wellness coach. Matthew Dorich is a chef, forager and hosts monthly farm to table events at Sadgrove Farm. Aran Goldstein is a chef, influencer and advocate for real food.
